All due respect, this is a rough take. Even if TikTok is good for creators view-wise, it absolutely is not financially. It is so much more beneficial to be successful on YouTube since TikTok's creator fund is a limited supply. YouTube - not Twitch or TikTok - is still the best place for content creators online.

YouTube is far from perfect, but its lack of competition (TikTok isn't even truly a competitor since it's short-form content) and loyalty (mostly) to creators is why it will always be the top video social media platform on the internet.
