Maybe that's the problem - it's really tough. Amazon is hard since you basically need authorization from Apple to sell products (they do that to prevent bad actors on the platform). I've never had much luck with eBay either. I think if Facebook made itself easier to use, maybe it would be better. Apple's trade-in never gets you what your Mac is actually worth.
