Apple made waves with its new event this week, mainly with the announcement of the iPhone 14. It’s electronics season, meaning it’s time for new phones, software, and more. Included in Apple’s event was also a Watch announcement, along with the next-generation AirPods Pro.

A few things before we dive into the biggest announcements.

This is the first iPhone lineup in several years to feature four iPhones, two of the same size. The iPhone 13 mini was 5.4 inches, the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro were 6.1 inches, the iPhone 13 Pro Max was 6.7 inches.

Anyway, let’s begin with the biggest announcement of them all.

iPhone 14 Pro

The biggest announcement each year is a new iPhone. However, this time Apple is pulling out all of the stops for its highest-end iPhone.

With each iPhone release, I’ve usually purchased the lower-grade releases. Even my partner does the same, although she’s mildly upset that the iPhone mini has been discontinued. I even downgraded to the iPhone SE as my main device to save money.

This time, I may be interested in the iPhone 14 Pro, and here’s why.
