There are two main problems I see with this: first of all Apple doesn't produce necessity goods. The second issue is the innovation comment.

Innovation has only "slowed" if you view innovation through the lens of the iPhone, and I'd argue that is industry maturation. Its tablets and watches are all lightyears ahead of the competition. More crucially though is Apple Silicon, which is one of the greatest breakthroughs I've ever seen in modern computing.
